Healthy lentil salad with smoked salmon and nuts

Ingredients

- 250 g 250 g Puy green lentils
- 190 g 190 g Smoked salmon fillet
- 1 1 Apple granny smith
- 12 12 Fresh nuts
- 0.5 0.5 Red onion
- 2 Two spoons. Balsamic vinegar
- 2 Two spoons. Soup oil
- Tins of aneth
- 1 1 Bouquet garnished
- Salt
- Pepper
Method
- 1.First rinse the lentils with cold water, then put them in a saucepan with cold water and the bouquet garnished.
- 2.Cook the lentils for about 20 minutes over medium heat until tender. Once cooked, drain them and put them under cold water to stop cooking.
- 3.Meanwhile, take the smoked salmon pavement and cut it into small, regular dice. Put them away.
- 4.Peel the onion and mince it finely. Then peel the apple and cut it into small cubes.
- 5.In a large salad bowl, combine the cooled lentils, the chopped onion, the dice of smoked salmon and the pieces of apple.
- 6.Prepare a simple dressing by mixing the vinegar with the oil, then season with salt and pepper according to your taste.
- 7.Pour the dressing over the salad and mix gently. Cover the salad bowl and place it in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour so that the flavors mix well.
- 8.When serving, chop the fresh dill and sprinkle the salad. Decorate the fresh nuts and put them nicely on top. Serve with toasted slices of country bread.
