Ingredients

- 1 kg 1 kg Tomatoes
- 1 1 Large onion
- Garlic
- 4 Four spoons. Soup oil
- Thyme Branches
- Or rosemary
- Salt
- Pepper
Method
- 1.Boil water in a large saucepan. Dip the tomatoes there for 2 min.
- 2.Drain them and put them under cold water to cool them.
- 3.Peel the tomatoes, peel them and cut them into pieces.
- 4.Peel the garlic and onion, chop them.
- 5.Heat a casserole with olive oil. Rish the onion for 5 min and add the tomatoes, thyme, rosemary, garlic, salt and pepper.
- 6.Cook over low heat for 30 minutes.
- 7.Remove the thyme and rosemary before serving.
