Tzatziki Sauce

Ingredients
For 4 servings
- 1 1 Cucumber
- 300 g 300 g Greek yogurt
- 2 gousse 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 1 spoon. Soup juices
- 1 1 spoon. Soup oil
- 4 4 Mint bolts
- Salt
- Pepper
Method
- 1.Drain the Greek yogurt in a bowl with olive oil and lemon juice. Mix then salt and pepper.
- 2.Wash and dry the cucumber. Grate it finely, then incorporate it into yogurt preparation.
- 3.Wash and dry the mint leaves, chop them finely and mix them with yogurt.
- 4.Peel the cloves of garlic, peel them and chop them finely. Add them to the tzatziki. Serve very fresh, with crudity sticks with aperitif, or with white meat for example.
