Sausages with Paulette lentils

Ingredients

- 2 2 Sausage(s)
- 200 g 200 g Smoked bacon
- 250 g 250 g Green lens(s)
- 2 c. à café 2 Tbsp Tomato concentrate
- 3 3 Carrots
- 1 1 Onion(s)
- 1 gousse 1 Garlic foam
- 1 c. à soupe 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 1 Bouquet(s) filled
- 1 1 pinch(s) Salt
- 1 1 pinch(s) Pepper
Method
- 1.Preparation start
- 2.Thin the onion and sauté with olive oil in a casserole. Add the bacon and sausages.
- 3.Addition of ingredients
- 4.Peel and cut the carrots into 2 cm thick slices. When the bacon is cooked, add the lentils and carrots. Pour the water to level. Season. Add tomato concentrate, peeled and chopped garlic and garnished bouquet.
- 5.Cooking
- 6.Cook over low heat and covered for about 35 min. Taste and add some water if the lentils are not completely cooked.
- 7.Service
- 8.Serve the sausages with hot lentils, possibly with some mustard.
