Salmon with spinach and mozzarella cheese

Ingredients

- 2 2 rolls of laminated dough
- 2 2 onions
- 1 c. à soupe 1 tbsp butter
- 320 g 320 gr raw salmon (net)
- 150 g 150 gr mozzarella (1 ball)
- 150 g 150 gr cooked and drained spinach
- salt
- pepper
- 1 1 beaten egg
Method
- 1.In a hot frying pan, melt butter and brown onions.
- 2.Place cooked onions and raw salmon (without skin or stop). Season with salt and pepper.
- 3.Cut the mozzarella into slices and place on the salmon. Add the cooked spinach over it. Season with salt (at your convenience).
- 4.Re-seal the dough by bringing both sides over the spinach and then fold and close the other two edges from the top and bottom.
- 5.Roll the second laminated dough and cut to make it square. Cut small vertical lines by spacing them from each other and space in quinconces. Watch the video for a better understanding.
- 6.Place the cut pastry on the laminated salmon, then cut the edges and cast the pastry down to the bottom of the pastry.
- 7.Brush the top with beaten egg and bake for 30 minutes at 180°C.
