Semi-cooked salmon with peanut crust

Ingredients
- 1 1 salmon pavement
- 1 c. à soupe 1 tablespoons of mustard
- peanuts
- 1 c. à soupe 1 tablespoons of peanut butter
- 1 c. à soupe 1 tablespoons of crushed peanuts
- 1 c. à soupe 1 tablespoons of boiling water
- 1 c. à soupe 1 tablespoons of soy sauce
- lime
Method
- 1.Prepare the sauce by mixing peanut butter with boiling water and soy sauce. Cut the lemon in 2, set aside half for the service and press the other before adding it to the sauce. Pour 1 spoon of crushed peanuts into a small pot.
- 2.Stir the peanuts finely with a few bigger pieces. Reserve 1 spoon for the sauce. Brush the mustard salmon pad. Then roll it in peanuts.
- 3.Cook in a hot skillet, 2 minutes on each side (see depending on thickness).
- 4.Serve sliced with peanut sauce and half lemon remaining cut in half.
