Ingredients

- 2 oz 2 oz cream Sherry
- 1 c. à café 1 tsp Powdered sugar
- 1 1 whole Egg
- Milk
- Nutmeg
Method
- 1.Shake the sherry, sugar powder and egg with ice and filter into Collins glass. Fill with milk and stir. Sprinkle with nutmeg and serve.
