Smoothie rhubarb nectarine

Ingredients
For 4 servings
- 3 3 nectarines
- 200 g 200 g rhubarb
- 50 cl 50 cl milk
- 15 g 15 g sugar
- 1 1/2 limes
- 3 c. à soupe 3 tablespoons of acacia honey
Method
- 1.Clean and remove skin from rhubarb. Cut it into small cubes and put it in a saucepan, cook it for 10 minutes with some water and sugar.
- 2.Meanwhile, peel and cut the peaches into pieces and squeeze the half lemon, add milk (depending on the desired consistency). Mix it all.
- 3.Once the rhubarb is cooked, wait until it cools slightly and then add it to the mixture. Mix again.
- 4.Add honey, mix and book at least 30 min at the expense before tasting.
