Rustic coral lentil soup with full bread

Ingredients

- 330 g 330 g of coral lentils
- 2 2 potatoes
- 2 2 fresh or canned tomatoes
- 3 gousse 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 1 carrot
- 1 1 onion
- 1 1 Fresh coriander
- 1 1 Olive oil
- 1 1 cube of poultry broth
- 1 1 laurel leaf
- 1 1 Salt or fine salt
- 1 1 Pepper
Method
- 1.Preparation of lenses: First rinse the coral lenses with clear water twice to clean them well.
- 2.Cooking vegetables: In a casserole, pour a fillet of olive oil and sauté the chopped onion with the carrots cut into slices and garlic for a few minutes until they become tender.
- 3.Soup Cooking: Add the rinsed lentils to the saucepan, then pour water until the mixture is covered. Add the chicken broth cube, coriander, salt and tomatoes.
- 4.Simmer and mix: Simmer over low heat for about 30 minutes, checking that the lentils are cooked well. Then mix the preparation until you get a smooth and smooth texture.
- 5.Finish and presentation: Taste and adjust the seasoning according to your preferences. Serve the soup well hot, garnished with some fresh coriander leaves and full crispy bread crusts.
