Homemade soup with coral lentils and carrots

- 300 g 300 g Coral lenses
- 7 cl 7 cl Cream
- 4 4 Carrots
- 1 pincée 1 Curry pinch
- 1 1 spoon. Soup oil
- 1 1 onion
- Salt
- Pepper
Method
- 1.Start by preparing your vegetables: peel the onion and slice it finely, then peel the carrots, wash them well and cut them into slices.
- 2.Take a casserole and pour in the oil. Heat over medium heat, then add the chopped onion with curry. Allow to cook for a few minutes until the onion becomes translucent.
- 3.Now add the carrot washers and coral lentils to the pot. Mix the set well so that all ingredients permeate flavors.
- 4.Pour water until the ingredients are covered, then bring to a boil. Once it ends, reduce the heat and let simmer quietly for about 20 minutes.
- 5.When the vegetables are tender, season with salt and pepper according to your taste. Mix everything until you get a creamy and homogeneous texture. Serve the soup well hot in bowls, with a spoonful of fresh cream on top.
