Ingredients

- 200 g 200 g of fresh cheese
- 5 tranche 5 slices of bacon
- 1 1 bouquets of chives
- 1 pincée 1 pinch of pepper
- Bretzel sticks
Method
- 1.With your hands, shape fresh cheese balls.
- 2.Cut grilled bacon slices and chives into small diced pieces.
- 3.Plant a stick of pretzel in the centre of the fresh cheese ball, then roll them in the bacon and chives mixture.
- 4.Add a little pinch of pepper to your balls.
