Sundae House: An American frozen dessert

Ingredients
For 4 servings
- 27 cl 27 cl whole liquid cream
- 170 g 170 gr sweet concentrated milk
- 2 c. à soupe 2 cases of liquid caramel
- handle of roasted peanuts
Method
- 1.Mount the cream until you get a thick and sparkling texture. Then add the sweet concentrated milk gently by mixing with a spatula. Pour into a container and allow to freeze for at least 4 hours. While the ice is in the freezer, coarsely crush the peanuts with your hands or a drumstick. Keep them aside. Remove the ice from the freezer 5 minutes before serving to soften slightly. Pour the caramel sauce generously into the bottom of each ice cup, then form ice balls over it. Pour an extra toffee on the ice balls and sprinkle with crushed peanuts. Serve immediately and enjoy yourself!
