Ingredients
For 2 servings
- 200 g 200 g Medium Couscous
- 2 2 Small tomato(s)
- 1 1 Small onion(s)
- 0.5 0.5 Pepper
- 2 c. à soupe 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 2 c. à soupe 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
- 0.25 0.25 bouquet(s) Flat parsley
- Dried grapes
- 0.5 c. à café 0.5 T.A. Salt
Method
- 1.Start of preparation
- 2.Put the couscous in a large container.
- 3.Preparation of ingredients
- 4.Chop the parsley coarsely and cut the pepper into small pieces. Do the same with onion and tomatoes and keep the juice.
- 5.Assembly
- 6.Pour on the couscous tomatoes, onion, oil, lemon juice, pepper and salt.
- 7.Mixture of ingredients
- 8.Mix it for a good minute so that the couscous grains take on flavour.
- 9.Rest
- 10.Film the container and place it in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
- 11.Preparation of grapes
- 12.Pour hot water on the grapes and leave them 15 min in the water so that they soften.
- 13.Final mixture
- 14.Add the grapes and chopped parsley to the taboulé and mix before serving.
