Ingredients

- 50 ml 50 ml Gin
- 15 ml 15 ml Elderflower cordial
- 15 ml 15 ml Rosso Vermouth
- 75 ml 75 ml Tonic Water
- 2 2 Wedges Lime
- 1 1 Slice Ginger
- 1 1 Large Sprig Mint
Method
- 1.1) Press two quarters of lemon in a balloon glass and add the cordial, Bombay Sapphire and MARTINI Rosso Vermouth, stir to mix.
- 2.2) Complete the glass with ice cubes and stir to cool.
- 3.3) Garnish with Fever-Tree Ginger Ale and stir gently again to combine.
- 4.4) Garnish with a slice of broken ginger and an awakened mint.
