- 500 g 500 g Mascarpone
- 4 4 Egg(s)
- 120 g 120 g Sugar
- 60 ml 60 ml Rum
Method
- 1.Clarifying eggs
- 2.In separate jattes, break the eggs with care to separate the whites from the egg yolks.
- 3.Preparation of mascarpone
- 4.Pour the sugar and mascarpone over the egg yolks and mix them harmoniously to make the recipe.
- 5.Preparation of lemons
