- 90 g 90 g Sugar powder
- 5 cl 5 cl Limoncello
- 1 sachet 1 Bag Vanilla sugar
Method
- 1.Preparation of strawberries
- 2.Start by thoroughly washing strawberries under a cold water fillet. Take them gently and cut them into small regular quarters. In a salad bowl, mix the cut strawberries with 30 g of sugar powder and limoncello. Let macerate in the refrigerator throughout the preparation.
- 3.Preparation of mascarpone cream
- 4.Separate egg whites from yellows. Drain the yellows with the remaining powdered sugar and vanilla sugar to produce a light and sparkling mixture. Then add the mascarpone and continue to whisk to obtain a smooth and homogeneous cream. Book.
- 5.Snow White Assembly
- 6.Mount the snow egg whites firmly with an electric drummer. The whites must be firm to aerate the cream. Stir them delicately into the mascarpone mixture, with a spatula, making enveloping movements not to break the whites.

- 8.Dip the pink cookies quickly into the juice rendered by the strawberries to soak them well without soaking them. Have a first layer of cookies at the bottom of a dish or verrine. Cover with some of the cream, then add a layer of strawberries. Repeat the operation to finish with a layer of cream.
- 9.Rest and service
- 10.Cover the food film tiramisu and place it in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours, ideally overnight. Before serving, decorate the top with some fresh strawberries and, if desired, white chocolate chips. Serve well fresh.
