- 4 tranche 4 slices Mia bread
- 6 6 Tartare type herbal cheese serving
- 30 g 30 g Soft butter
- 4 4 Salmon Egg Tumbler
- Deer leaves
- Pepper
Method
- 1.Drain the butter in a bowl with the slices of grass cheese. Garnish a socket pocket with a tapered socket of the mixture.
- 2.Grill the slices of bread and let them cool. Cut them in 2 or 4 or with the help of a piece cutter.
- 3.Garnish the toasts with the herb cheese mixture and sprinkle with salmon eggs.
- 4.Pepper, decorate with some deer leaves and serve.
