- 5 5 Tomato(s)
- 50 ml 50 ml Water
- 1 gousse 1 Garlic foam
- 1 1 branch(s) Rosemary
- 2 2 Branches Thym
- Salt
- Pepper
Method
- 1.Preparation start
- 2.Wash and empty the tomatoes from their flesh. Place the flesh in a bowl. Wash and chop the thyme and rosemary. Peel and chop the garlic.
- 3.Making the stuffing
- 4.In a salad bowl, put the sausage flesh, garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, pepper, and form five balls. Place them in the tomatoes.
- 5.Pressurized cooking
- 6.In the Cookeo vats, put the water, the tomato flesh and place the meat stuffed tomatoes. Schedule 10 minutes under pressure.
