- 1 1 Egg yellow(s)
- 1 gousse 1 Garlic foam
- 50 g 50 g Hatness
- 10 cl 10 cl Milk
- Olive oil
- Parsley
Method
- 1.Preparation of tomatoes
- 2.Cut and store the tomato hat. Using a Parisian spoon, remove them and store the tomato pulp.
- 3.Preparation
- 4.Degorge the tomatoes: saute the inside and return them on absorbent paper.
- 5.Preparation of the stuffing
- 6.Chop garlic, onion, parsley, tomato pulp and vegetable stuffing. Sauté a few minutes in an oiled pan. Book.
- 7.Preparation of breadcrumbs
- 8.In a bowl: mix breadcrumbs, milk and egg yolk. Season with salt, pepper and pour into the pan. Mix well.
- 9.Dressing
- 10.Fill the filling tomatoes and place them in a pre-oiled dish or mini coconuts.
- 11.Cooking
- 12.Pour a fillet of olive oil on stuffed tomatoes and bake for 20 minutes at 180°C.

- 14.Place the hat on top and extend cooking 10 more minutes.
