Tortilla lasagna

Ingredients
For 4 servings
- 1 1 red peppers
- 1 1 yellow peppers
- 1 1 yellow peppers
- 2 2 onions
- 5 5 chicken whites
- 1 c. à soupe 1 tablespoons paprika
- 1 c. à café 1 teaspoons of pepper
- 1 c. à café 1 teaspoons of semolina garlic
- 50 cl 50 cl of thick fresh cream
- 40 cl 40 cl tomato coulis
- 8 8 tortilla
- cheddar
- oil
- salt and pepper
Method
- 1.Cut peppers into sticks
- 2.Cut the onion into thin slats
- 3.Cut chicken into pieces
- 4.In an oven dish, place peppers, onions, chicken, spices, salt and pepper and pour 8 cl of oil
- 5.Bake 20 min at 180 °C
- 6.Once removed from the oven, pour the tomato and mix
- 7.In a baking dish, place a layer of pepper mixture and then a layer of cheddar, cover with tortilla and cover with fresh cream.
- 8.Make 3 other layers (or more) and finish by adding some cheese
- 9.Cook 20 min at 180 °C
