Aperitif festive verrines for Mother's Day

- 150 g 150 g Smoked salmon
- 200 g 200 g Cream cheese
- 10 cl 10 cl Thick fresh cream
- 1 1 Lemon(s)
- 10 g 10 g Fresh Aneth
- 1 1 Cucumber(s)
- 1 1 Counsel
- 12 12 Cherry tomato sauce
- 12 12 Mozzarella Bills
- 10 g 10 g Fresh basil
- 6 c. à café 6 c. Pesto coffee
- 150 g 150 g Cooked shrimp
- 4 c. à soupe 4 Tbsp Mayonnaise
- 10 g 10 g Chopstick
- 50 g 50 g Salmon eggs
- Salt

Method
- 1.Preparation of ingredients
- 2.Start by thoroughly rinse the cucumber, lemon, cherry tomatoes, aneth, basil and chives under cold water. Dry them with absorbent paper. Then cut the cucumber and avocado into small dice. Cut the smoked salmon into strips and cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Finely peel and chop the aneth, chives and basil.

- 4.In a small salad bowl, mix the cream cheese with the thick fresh cream, a fillet of lemon juice, chiseled aneth, then salt and pepper at your convenience. In another container, combine sliced shrimp with mayonnaise and chives. Reserve mozzarella balls, pesto, salmon eggs and other items separately.

- 6.Spread a layer of cucumber in each verrine, then a layer of cream cheese mixture with smoked salmon, then sprinkle with avocado. Add some shrimp to the mayonnaise, then decorate with some cherries half tomatoes, a ball of mozzarella with some pesto, and finish with some salmon eggs. Alternate colors and textures for an aesthetic and festive look.

- 8.Add some fresh chiselled herbs to each verrine just before serving to reveal all the flavors. Place the verrines in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before bringing them to the table. Serve the appetizer fresh, to surprise and delight your guests on Mother's Day.
