• •1 1/2 oz Sweet Vermouth
• •Juice of 1/2 Lemon
• •1 c. à café 1 tsp Powdered sugar
• •1 1 Egg white

1. 1.Shake all the ingredients with ice, filter into an old-fashioned glass over ice cubes and serve.
