Ingredients

- 3 3 c. to s. of olive oil
- 1 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 1 small bouquet of parsley
- 1 gousse 1 clove of garlic
- 1 1 lemon zest
- Salt or fine salt
- Pepper
Method
- 1.Peel and crush the garlic. Put all the ingredients in a bowl to boil the sauce well. Season your salads, crudities or artichokes with this dressing.
