Ingredients
For 4 servings
- 1 1 shallots
- 3 c. à soupe 3 tablespoons of oil
- 1.5 c. à soupe 1.5 tablespoons of vinegar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons of mustard
- maggi sauce
- pepper
- salt
Method
- 1.First of all, start by cutting the shallot very finely.
- 2.Then pour the oil and vinegar into a salad bowl.
- 3.Then add the mustard. Stir in order to obtain an almost homogeneous mixture.
- 4.Add salt, pepper and Maggi at your convenience, then mix again.
- 5.Just add the shallot and mix again.
