Ingredients

- 200 g 200 g almonds
- 200 g 200 g icing sugar
- 1 1 egg white
Method
- 1.Mix the sugar and almonds in the bowl, add the flavoured egg white until a smooth dough is obtained.
- 2.Remove small portions of dough with 1 teaspoon and form small balls the size of a small nut.
- 3.Place them on a cake plate not too close to each other. Cook 15 minutes at 180°C. Sprinkle with icing sugar from the oven.
