Ingredients

- 220 g 220 g Flour
- 120 g 120 g Half-salt butter
- 100 g 100 g Nuts
- 50 g 50 g Parmesan powder
- 1 1 Egg
- Pepper
Method
- 1.Mix the flour, powdered Parmesan and pepper into a salad bowl.
- 2.Cut the butter into slices and add it to the salad bowl with the whole egg. Stir and work the dough until it is soft.
- 3.Then spread the dough in a roll between 2 sheets of sulfurized paper (2 to 3 mm thick) and place it in the refrigerator for 30 min.
- 4.Preheat the oven to 150 °C.
- 5.Cut your bagpipes.
- 6.Cover a baking sheet with a sheet of sulfurized paper or a sheet of silicone and place the sandblasts at regular intervals. Place a kernel of nuts from each of them.
- 7.Bake for 20 to 25 min.
