- 1 1 zucchini
- 1 c. à café 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 c. à soupe 2 tablespoons of flour
- 2 c. à soupe 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- salt
- 200 g 200 g of pig echine
- 1 c. à soupe 1 tablespoons of honey
- 5 cl 5 cl soy sauce
- 200 g 200 g of greek yogurt
- 2 c. à soupe 2 tablespoons of chiselled chives
- 1 c. à café 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 c. à café 1 teaspoons of curry
- 1 c. à soupe 1 tablespoons of lemon
- 1 c. à soupe 1 tablespoons of olive oil
- salt
- pepper
Method
- 1.Cut the pork in a bite.
- 2.Marinate in honey and soy sauce for 20 min.
- 3.Preheat the oven to 180°C (thermostat 6).
- 4.Place drained pork pieces in a baking dish and bake for 30 minutes.
- 5.Meanwhile, detail the zucchini in French fries and put them in a salad bowl.
- 6.Mix dry ingredients together and sprinkle on zucchini. Mix to coat well. Add the oil, mix again.
- 7.Place them on an oven plate and bake them with the pork for an additional 15 minutes of cooking (take advantage to return the pork).
- 8.Prepare the dip: mix all ingredients.
- 9.Serve pork and zucchini fries with dip.
