Egg asparagus

- 1 1 green asparagus boot(s)
- 5 c. à soupe 5 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 c. à soupe 1 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
- Fine salt
- Mill pepper
Method
- 1.Start of preparation
- 2.Bring to a boil a large saucepan of slightly salted water.
- 3.Cooking asparagus
- 4.Boil your asparagus for 15 min. Drain them and let them dry completely on a clean cloth.
- 5.Cooking eggs
- 6.Meanwhile, place the eggs in a second saucepan. Cover them with water and bring to a boil. From boiling, count 9 min of cooking to get hard eggs.
- 7.Cooling
- 8.At the end of cooking, dip them in cold water to stop cooking and let them cool before slicing carefully.
- 9.Egg work
- 10.Then crush the hard eggs with a fork.

- 12.In a bowl, mix olive oil with balsamic vinegar. Season with salt and pepper at your convenience.
