Roasted asparagus

- 9 9 Green asparagus
- 3 tranche 3 slices Smoked bacon
- Olive oil: 1 fillet
- Salt
- Pepper
Method
- 1.Preheat your oven to 200 °C.
- 2.Cut the asparagus foot and peel the asparagus lightly.
- 3.Boil a large volume of salt water, and throw the asparagus into it. Cook 8 min with small broths. Drain.
- 4.Roll the asparagus by 3 in a lard strap and seal each fagot.
- 5.Place them in a small gratin dish.
- 6.Add some olive oil, salt, pepper and bake for 10 min.
