  • 240 g oat flour
  • 60 g vanilla whey protein
  • 1 c. à café baking powder
  • 0,5 c. à café cinnamon
  • 0,25 c. à café mixed spice
  • 2 bananas mashed
  • 250 ml milk
  • 1 egg beaten
  • flavourless oil for the dish
  • 2 c. à soupe smooth peanut butter
  • yogurt berries and peanut butter

Method

    Heat the oven to 180C/160C fan/gas 4. Mix all the dry ingredients together in a bowl, then add the mashed banana, milk and egg, stirring until you have a cake batter consistency.

    Oil a small baking dish or 4 individual ramekins, then spoon in. Swirl through the peanut butter, then bake for 20-25 mins until risen and golden brown. Remove from the oven and leave to cool slightly. Serve with yogurt, berries and more peanut butter.
