- 240 g oat flour
- 60 g vanilla whey protein
- 1 c. à café baking powder
- 0,5 c. à café cinnamon
- 0,25 c. à café mixed spice
- 2 bananas mashed
- 250 ml milk
- 1 egg beaten
- flavourless oil for the dish
- 2 c. à soupe smooth peanut butter
- yogurt berries and peanut butter
Method

Heat the oven to 180C/160C fan/gas 4. Mix all the dry ingredients together in a bowl, then add the mashed banana, milk and egg, stirring until you have a cake batter consistency.

Oil a small baking dish or 4 individual ramekins, then spoon in. Swirl through the peanut butter, then bake for 20-25 mins until risen and golden brown. Remove from the oven and leave to cool slightly. Serve with yogurt, berries and more peanut butter.
