- 2 2 Very mature banana(s)
- 1 1 sachet(s) Vanilla sugar
- 1 1 glass(s) Rum
- 1 1 hazelnut Butter
Method
- 1.Preparation start
- 2.Melt the butter in a steel or cast iron pan (no non-stick pan to blaze!).
- 3.Addition of bananas
- 4.Peel the bananas, cut them in half lengthwise and place them in the pan.
- 5.Cooking
- 6.Brown them for a few minutes on each side and sprinkle with vanilla sugar.
- 7.Flame
- 8.Add the rum, remove the skillet from the heat and blaze. When the flames turn off, serve with vanilla ice.
