Ingredients
For 10 servings
- 1 1 handfuls of squash seeds
- 2 2 handles of oat flakes
- 1 1 handfuls of sunflower seeds
- 5 c. à soupe 5 tablespoons of maple syrup
- 2 2 egg whites
- 1 1 handles of pecan nuts
Method
- 1.Mix all the ingredients (add the seeds you want according to your tastes).
- 2.Spread on a plate (about 3/4 cm high) and slice well.
- 3.Cook 20 minutes at 190°C. At the outlet of the oven, cut squares and let cool for a few minutes
