Quick and Easy Béchamel

Ingredients

- 25 cl 25 cl milk
- 20 g 20 g butter
- 2 c. à soupe 2 tablespoons flour
- salt
- pepper
Method
- 1.In a large container, melt the butter in the microwave for 1 minute. Take it out and add the flour, stirring well.
- 2.Bring the milk to a boil and let it boil for a few moments.
- 3.Pour the milk over the flour/butter mixture while whisking. Season.
- 4.Return everything to the microwave for 1 minute.
- 5.Whisk well, it's ready!
