- 2 2 Egg(s)
- 200 g 200 g Flour
- 1 1 glass(s) Luke water
- 1 c. à soupe 1 tbsp Rum
- 1 1 Vanilla sugar
- 1 c. à soupe 1 tbsp Sugar powder
- 1 c. à soupe 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 1 pinch(s) Salt
Method
- 1.Preparation
- 2.Drain previously broken eggs in a salad bowl and then sugar. Add olive oil and rum.
- 3.mixture
- 4.Mix the flour with the salt in another large bowl. Then form a hollow in the center. Put in the first preparation.
- 5.Preparation of dough
- 6.Beat everything until you get a homogeneous dough. In case the mixture becomes consistent, pour in warm water gradually. Peel the bananas and slice them into 2 cm pieces. Coat these in doughnuts.
- 7.Cooking
- 8.Brown in previously heated oil. After frying, spread the doughnuts on a sheet of absorbent paper.
