Salsify beuts

Ingredients
For 4 servings
- 20 20 pieces salsified
- 150 g 150 g flour
- 40 g 40 g butter
- 1 1 egg
- 10 cl 10 cl milk
- 0.5 1⁄2 package yeast chemical
- salt, pepper
- frying bath
Method
- 1.Mix the flour, salt, pepper and yeast in a salad bowl.
- 2.Stir in the egg and melted butter and then gradually mix the milk vigorously. Cover with food film and let stand 1 hour at room temperature.
- 3.Heat frying oil.
- 4.Dry the pieces of salsify with absorbent paper. Coat them with doughnut.
- 5.Immerse the salsifis in warm oil, in small amounts. Turn them around when they're golden.
- 6.Drain them with a skimmer and place them on a plate covered with absorbent paper.
- 7.Season with salt, pepper and taste hot.
