Ingredients
For 10 servings
- 4 4 Whole egg(s)
- 150 g 150 g Sugar powder
- 125 g 125 g Wheat flour
- 1 sachet 1 Bag Vanilla sugar
- 1 sachet 1 Bag Chemical yeast
- 1 1 pot(s) Nutella spread
- 1 1 pinch(s) Salt
Method
- 1.Preheating
- 2.Preheat the oven to 180°C (th. 6).
- 3.Start of preparation
- 4.In a salad bowl, whisk whole eggs, sugar powder, vanilla sugar and salt together with an electric drummer. The mixture must become very white and sparkling.
- 5.Addition of flour and yeast
- 6.Stir in sieved flour and yeast.
- 7.Cooking
- 8.Pour the dough on a sheet covered with sulfurized paper or into a rectangular silicon mould. Bake for 15 minutes.
- 9.Dressing and rest
- 10.At the exit of the oven, immediately remove the genoise on a damp towel. Divide the Nutella into a thin layer on the cookie. Roll the biscuit and store it in the refrigerator so that it stays well until the tasting.
