- 2 2 slice(s) Smoked salmon
- 8 c. à café 8 c. Coffee Cream Fresh
- Aneth
- Chopstick
- 1 1 Lemon(s) green
- Salt
- Pepper
Method
- 1.Put the blinis on a dish. Spread a small teaspoon of fresh cream on each blini.
- 2.Scissor the chives and sprinkle them on each blini. Salt and pepper.
- 3.Place 1/4 slice of smoked salmon on each blini. Decorate them with a small branch of dill and lime zest.
- 4.You can accompany these salmon blinis with a handful of seasoned arugula and serve as an aperitif or as an entry.
