Ingredients
For 4 servings
- 500 g 500 g of beef
- 12.5 cl 12.5 cl of lime juice
- 2 2 onions
- 2 gousse 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 c. à soupe 1 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 pincée 1 pinch of pepper
- 1 1 small pinches of big salt
- 1 c. à soupe 1 tablespoons of ginger powder
- 1 1 oil fillets
Method
- 1.Cut the beef into 1 cm dice. Have your parents help you with this step.
- 2.In a salad bowl, prepare marinade with lime juice, pepper, ginger, soy sauce and crushed garlic pods.
- 3.Add the beef and let marinate at least 30 minutes.
- 4.Thin the onions and brown them in a skillet with a little oil. Ask your parents for help with this step.
- 5.Add marinade and beef to make it catch but be careful that the beef does not cook too much and stays tender.
- 6.Serve with rice.
