Chocolate and almond candy

Ingredients
For 4 servings
- 200 g 200 g Chocolate
- 100 g 100 g Ice sugar
- 100 g 100 g Whole almonds
- 100 g 100 g Butter
- 80 g 80 g Small butter
Method
- 1.Melt the chocolate and butter together, cut into small pieces. Let cool down and then incorporate the ice sugar.
- 2.Cook the almonds and the butters coarsely. Add them to the previous mixture. The preparation should be quite thick. Form balls in your hands and place them on a sheet of sulfurized paper. Refrigerate 30 min.
- 3.Roll the balls again to smooth their appearance, then refrigerate them at least 3 hours.
- 4.Roll the balls in some ice sugar.
