Ingredients

- 200 g 200 g Sugar powder
- 100 g 100 g Honey
- 1 1 Lemon juice
Method
- 1.Melt honey and sugar in a saucepan over low heat.
- 2.Using a thermometer, bring the temperature to 155°C, then immediately put the pan in cold water to stop cooking and add the lemon juice.
- 3.Wait until the dough hardens a little and then pour it on an oiled plate.
- 4.Use a pair of scissors to cut small, 1 cm-sized chunks.
- 5.Then let cool before consuming.
