Ingredients

- 250 g 250 g Arachide(s)
- 250 g 250 g Cane sugar
- 5 c. à soupe 5 tablespoons Water
- 20 g 20 g Butter
Method
- 1.Pour sugar and water over medium heat into a saucepan until a toffee is obtained. Then add roasted peanuts to a hot pan for 4-5 min. Mix them with the caramel with a wooden spoon.
- 2.Then pour the mixture on a flat, slightly buttered surface. Finally, let your candies cool down before adding them to jars pending tasting.
