Caramel candy salted butter

Ingredients

- 20 20 pieces of sugar
- 8 8 % milk
- 30 g 30 g salted butter
Method
- 1.Moisten the sugar pieces under water and place them in a saucepan (with a thick bottom).
- 2.Add salted butter in small piece. Then heat over low heat. Finally boil over medium heat until your caramel is red.
- 3.Add the milk to uncook the caramel.
- 4.Return to low heat until the desired consistency is obtained.
- 5.Put the caramel in mussels and let cool.
