Ingredients

- 2 2 packs of sweet concentrated milk
- 250 g 250 g sugar
- fragrance to choose from: vanillacannamonmuscade or licorice powder, lemon or grated orange zest...
Method
- 1.Milk and sugar in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and cook about 20 minutes, turning regularly until you get a nice amber color. Add the perfume of your choice and remove from the fire.
- 2.The milk paste in a bowl and let cool until you can handle it with your hands without burning.
- 3.Rolls with dough and, using kitchen scissors, cut them into triangles. Let them dry slightly on a plate before chewing.
