Ingredients
For 4 servings
- 100 g 100 g button mushrooms
- 1 gousse 1 clove of garlic, minced
- 1 1 bunch of spring onions or scallions
- 5 5 cloves
- 1 1 tsp coriander seeds
- 1 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 2 2 dried red chilies
- 1 1 piece of fresh ginger, thumb-sized
- 2 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 1 drizzle of olive oil
- Salt or fine salt
- Pepper
Method
- 1.Slice the scallions into rounds. Slice the ginger into rounds. Clean the mushrooms and cut them into slices.
- 2.Heat the olive oil in a pot. Add the scallion rounds and sauté them for 1 minute. Add the minced garlic, the ginger, the coriander and cumin seeds, and the red chilies. Stir. Season with salt and pepper.
- 3.Add one and a half liters of water, cover, and let simmer for 45 minutes over low heat. At the end of cooking, add the soy sauce and enjoy.
