- 350 g 350 g Flour
- 1 1 Egg(s)
- 500 g 500 g Strawberry(s)
- 0.5 0.5 glass(s) Water
- 1 1 pinch(s) Salt
Method
- 1.Prepare the dough with sieved flour, egg, salt and warm water.
- 2.Spread the dough, (2 to 3 cm thick) and then cut small rounds with a glass. Garnish them with a strawberry and then paste the ends. Place in boiling water slightly salty and cook 3 min after they rise to the surface.
- 3.Sprinkle with sugar mixed with cinnamon or sprinkle with fresh cream or strawberry coulis.
