Traditional beef burgundy

Ingredients

- 750 g 750 gr beef ham
- 150 g 150 gr bacon
- 3 3 carrots
- 3 3 onions
- 150 g 150 gr Paris mushrooms
- 1 1 bouquet
- 112.5 cl 112.5 cl red wine
- 1 g 1 g of garlic
- salt
- pepper
Method
- 1.Prepare and cook meat: Start by sautéing minced onions in a pot. Then add the pieces of meat and quickly grab them from all sides to color them well.
- 2.Build the broth and start cooking: Pour the red wine to deglaze the pot, then incorporate the carrots into slices, baked bacon, minced garlic and garnished bouquet. Simmer over low heat for 2 hours, covering the pot well.
- 3.Add the mushrooms and finish: After 2 hours, add the chopped mushrooms and continue cooking covered for an additional 1 hour. If the meat is not yet tender enough (test with a sharp knife), extend the cooking until you get the desired tenderness.
- 4.Service: Once the meat is tender and the broth is perfect, your traditional Burgundy beef is ready to be served!
