Bricks goat fresh – simple and fast

- 3 3 Brick leaves
- 6 tranche 6 slices Raw ham
- 300 g 300 g Fresh goat
- 9 9 Chips of chives
- 4 4 Basil stems
- Mill pepper
Method
- 1.Wash and dry the chives and basil, then chop them finely. In a salad bowl, crush the fresh goat with the chives, pepper generously and mix until you get a homogeneous and fragrant preparation.
- 2.Cut each slice of ham in half lengthwise, then place a nice portion of herb goat on each. Drive them gently to lock the stuffing in.
- 3.Take each roll of ham and wrap it carefully in a strip of brig leaf, shaking well so that everything stays in place when cooking.
- 4.Preheat your oven in the grill position. Meanwhile, cover the baking sheet with sulphurized paper and have the rolls there.
- 5.Bake the rolls and let them brown under the grill for 3 minutes, until the brig is crispy. Sprinkle with fresh basil and serve immediately!
