Halloumi brochettes and summer vegetables

Ingredients
For 5 servings
- 1 1 yellow peppers
- 200 g 200 g cherry tomatoes
- 500 g 500 g hallumi
- 2 2 zucchini
- good pinch of pepper
- 3 c. à soupe 3 tablespoons of sweet soy sauce
- herbs of Provence
- 6 c. à soupe 6 tablespoons of olive oil
- good pinch of salt
- fresh basil
- 2 gousse 2 cloves of garlic
Method
- 1.Start with the marinade preparation. Peel and slice the cloves of garlic, then chisel the basil. In a bowl, combine olive oil, sweet soy sauce, salt, pepper, Provence herbs, then add garlic and basil. Mix until a good texture is obtained. Reserve the preparation.
- 2.Then wash the zucchini and cut them lengthwise with a vegetable peeler. Reserve
- 3.Wash the yellow peppers, empty and cut into large cubes.
- 4.Wash the cherry tomatoes well and until drain the halloumi before cutting into large pieces.
- 5.In a large dish, place zucchini, pepper pieces, tomatoes and alloumi. Then pour the marinade on top and mix well. Reserve in cool for about 1 hour.
- 6.Form the skewers by putting the different ingredients on wooden peaks.
- 7.Cook the skewers with plancha or barbecue, leaving them to brown. Make sure to return them to check for cooking.
