Easy chocolate brownie

- 250 g 250 g Chocolate black
- 50 g 50 g Sugar powder
- 150 g 150 g Butter
- 1 sachet 1 Bag Vanilla sugar
- 60 g 60 g Sifted flour
- 3 3 Egg(s)
- 1 1 pinch(s) Salt
Method
- 1.Preheating
- 2.Preheat oven th.6 (180).
- 3.Preparation start
- 4.Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat, then add the broken dark chocolate into pieces. Gently melt in the water bath.
- 5.Addition of sugars and eggs
- 6.Out of the heat, add the sugar powder, the vanilla sugar and then the eggs beaten in omelette with a pinch of salt.
- 7.Adding flour
- 8.Add the flour and mix well.
- 9.Preparation of the mould and cooking
- 10.Brush a square mould of butter, then pour in the mixture and bake for 15 min.
- 11.Rest
- 12.Then let stand in the oven for 5 min and cool for about 1/2 hour. Place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
