Bruschetta feta tomato

Ingredients
For 4 servings
- 4 4 branches of cherry tomatoes
- 1 gousse 1 cloves of crushed garlic
- 2 c. à soupe 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
- 2 c. à soupe 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 1 blocks of feta
- 4 4 beautiful slices of thick bread
- salt and pepper
Method
- 1.Mix oil, vinegar and crushed garlic into puree
- 2.Crushing the feta with 1 tablespoon of water to get a dough.
- 3.Put the bread under the oven in the grill on one side
- 4.Spread the feta cream on the unroasted sides of the bread tanches
- 5.Place a branch of cherry tomatoes on each slice.
- 6.Pour some oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic on top
- 7.Place in grill for 10 min. If the sides of the bread start to burn, cover with aluminium foil
- 8.Serve with garlic balsamic oil fillet
